Our Team

Our staff is a dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about helping students realize their potential. A diverse group that reflects the communities we serve, the majority of our staff are bilingual (English/Spanish), grew up in the Pomona area, and 90% are people of color. We are proud to note that several of our staff are also alumni of Bright Prospect. Having that direct experience with the program provides valuable insight as we continually work to evolve and enrich our program.
