Sponsorship Opportunities

Companies and individuals are invited to sponsor student activities and fundraising events. Sponsorship can include, but is not limited to, cash donations, in-kind donations such as food and beverages or space for events, underwriting the cost of an event, or providing volunteers to conduct and produce the event. Sponsorship is acknowledged in many ways—with signage at the event, post-event press, company name and logo on invitations, press releases, website, social media and other promotional items.

“Old-New” Reunion (December):   Approximately 400 students. High School seniors who have just completed the college application process meet with our current college students to ask questions and hear about what college is really like.  This event is preceded by a networking event where current college students meet with alumni to learn about their transition into the work force.

College Decision Days (May):  Approximately 200-300 students per school plus invited guests. Each Bright Prospect high school holds a College Decision Day event where our seniors announce which colleges they will attend, inspiring and being cheered on by the younger juniors and sophomores attending.

Summer Academy (July):  Approximately 200-300. Bright Prospect conducts a week-long Academy of workshops and seminars that provide “college knowledge” for rising high school sophomores and juniors at Harvey Mudd College.

Pre-College Retreat (June):   Approximately 200 students. A three-day retreat for our high school graduates before they enter college. Workshops conducted by our staff and our older college students prepare our rising college freshmen for every aspect of the transition to college.

Annual Holiday 5K (December):   Sponsorship for the Annual Holiday 5K held at the Fairplex in Pomona underwrites the cost of student and staff registration fees and T-shirts. Sponsors are invited to add their name and/or logo to the T-shirt for recognition.

Cultural Activities (Year Round):  Students participate in cultural activities including museum tours, theater outings, concerts and private tours to places such as the Disney Concert Hall, Hollywood Bowl, Mark Taper Forum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Getty Museum, California Science Center, and more. You can donate an activity, underwrite the travel expenses or sponsor students’ participation in one of these unique experiences.

Bright Prospect also hosts fundraising events where the community is invited to attend a cocktail reception, art gallery opening, or local concert hosted by Bright Prospect. If you or your company would like to co-host, underwrite, or donate in-kind provisions to a fundraising event, please contact:
